Does G/FORE offer a tailoring service?

How do I know which size glove to order?
How do I know which size glove to order?
Thousands of hours have gone into the designing, testing, and crafting of G/FORE gloves — but they can fit you like a second skin in only a few moments’ time with the aid of our sizing and fitting guide.
SIZING YOUR G/FORE GLOVE
Hold your glove hand in front of you as if you were about to gently push open a door. With a tailor’s tape measure or a piece of string, measure a snug fit around your hand at the row of knuckles that separates your four long fingers from your palm. Check this measurement (in inches) against the G/FORE glove sizing chart and order the size indicated. G/FORE gloves run small, so if your measurement falls between sizes, order the larger of the two.
FITTING YOUR G/FORE GLOVE
First, insert your four long fingers into the glove and use your free hand to gently press the leather around each digit. Next, insert your thumb into the glove and gently press the leather around it as well. Finally, smooth the leather down and across your palm. To help retain the glove’s shape and fit, refrain from pulling on the cuff (the part that goes around your wrist). The glove’s fit should be snug overall, with the leather taut across your palm and the back of your hand.

Men’s gloves are available for the left or right hand in regular or cadet size. Cadet gloves feature the same palm width as regular gloves but have shorter fingers.

How do I know which apparel size will fit?
All of our products have a tailored fit unless noted otherwise. For a more generous cut, we recommend ordering a size larger than you usually would.

How do I know which shoe size will fit?
- Our Gallivanters are designed with allover interior padding and a slim toe box therefore, they have a slimmer fit.
- The MG4+ fits similarly to the Gallivanter but with a wider toe box. If you are in between sizes, we suggest ordering up.
- The MG4X2 is a narrow fit. If you are in between sizes, we suggest ordering up.
- The G.112 fits similarly to the Gallivanter but with a wider toe box. If you are in between sizes, we suggest ordering up.
Do any of your products have a tailored fit?
Yes, all of our products have a tailored fit unless noted in the product description.
Are your shoes offered in narrow or wide sizes?
All of our shoes are made in a standard, D width. Select styles of our Gallivanters are offered in an EE (extra wide) width. At this time, we are unable to offer any narrow sizes in our shoes.
Do you offer embroidery for custom logos?
We offer a wide variety of product categories with custom logo opportunities for wholesale accounts only. Please contact your sales representative or email sales@gfore.ca for further assistance.
My Orders
What if my items/package are lost or damaged?
If your tracking link is not reflecting updates or has stalled midflight, we recommend waiting up to 3 days to allow the carrier to update their systems. If you have still not noticed any updates after 3 days, please contact sales@gfore.ca.
If your package has been marked delivered but you do not see your package, we recommend waiting up to 3 days and checking with neighbors or gatekeepers, if applicable, to ensure this package wasn't mis-delivered. If you have still not received your package after 3 days, please contact sales@gfore.ca.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
We strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, please carefully review your order before submitting. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to process order cancelations, edits, or alterations. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team at sales@gfore.ca.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as the order ships.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders will deliver within 3 to 7 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please e-mail our team at sales@gfore.ca to request changes.
What are your shipping rates?
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
- $15 flat rate for orders below $100
- We currently deliver across Canada. We do not ship internationally.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How long will it take to receive a refund?
You will receive a refund within 7-10 business days after we receive your return shipment. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank to post your refund.
How long will it take for my return shipment to be delivered?
Returned items typically take between 3-5 business days to be received after they have been mailed. Once we receive your return, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue an exchange or refund.
- Refunds should typically appear on your statement 2-3 weeks after you mail your package back.
- Your exchange will be initiated once your return is received. You will receive an email with the new tracking information once it ships.
Can I return items purchased on sale?
Yes! Sale items must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Sale items are eligible for return only.

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase on gfore.ca exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers.
Full-price merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Sale-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Sale-price merchandise is RETURN only.

G/FORE will replace any footwear with quality defects from workmanship or materials within 90 days of purchase. G/FORE does not take returns on footwear damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
